Victoria Cusumano is a clinical psychology doctoral student at D’Youville University in New York, United States in her third year, supervised by Dr. Jean Dennis.
As a student clinician, Victoria prioritizes warmth, genuine empathy, and unconditional positive regard for her clients. She believes in taking a client-centred, integrative approach that allows for those she works with to feel they are the primary drivers of their personal exploration and growth. She highly appreciates the importance of making a connection with those she works with, ensuring they feel supported through transparent, genuine, and individualized collaboration to meet their therapeutic goals.
Victoria has previous experience conducting psychodiagnostic and ADHD focused assessments for young adults and adults for the Centre for Interpersonal Relationships. Dr. Jean Dennis

Dr. Jean Dennis is a Registered Psychologist with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. She earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from Medaille College in Buffalo, New York. Since 2000, Dr. Dennis has held clinical positions at Hamilton Health Sciences Centre, Peel Halton Acquired Brain Injury Services, and Bartimaeus Inc. (a local agency providing behaviour therapy and support to children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are experiencing behavioral, social, emotional, and psychiatric difficulties). She is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and the College of Psychologists of Ontario.
Dr. Jean Dennis provides psychological assessment and counselling for children, teens, and adults. She offers comprehensive psychological assessments of Learning and Developmental Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, mood and anxiety disorders, and personality disorders, as well as assessment for disability (ODSP, CPP-D, DTC).
Regarding counselling, Dr. Dennis offers treatment for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, eating disorders, chronic pain, concussion, self-esteem issues, and relationship and workplace stressors. She provides assessment, advocacy, and support for children, teens, and adults exploring gender identity and gender transition. Michelle Goodburn NP is a registered nurse practitioner with the College of Nurses of Ontario. She earned her Master of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner from Athabasca University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. She started her nurse practitioner career at Quest Community Health Centre where her practice focused on mood disorders, substance abuse, trauma and chronic mental illness. Michelle is passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services and primary care to adolescents and adults. She possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families. She follows evidence-based guidelines blended with clinical experience, personal observation, and intuition. Michelle specializes in providing gender affirming care according to the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) standards of care. Dr. Lea Richter earned her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Zurich, Switzerland and completed clinical training at the C.G. Jung-Institute in Küsnacht, Zurich and its affiliated mental health clinic. Since 2016, Dr. Richter has held clinical positions in a group practice at the University of Zurich and the ETH Zurich, and is a Registered Psychologist in Switzerland and has been working in private practice since 2021. Dr. Richter provides psychological assessment and counselling for adults for a range of disorders/difficulties, and offers treatment for anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship, workplace stressors, and adjustment to life transitions, such as adapting to a new culture and parenthood. Having worked with international executives, university students, and families from around the globe her expertise lies in expats and TCKs (Third Culture Kids) and the problems they face while adjusting to a new way of life in a new country. Her many years of experience as an Educational Psychologist in international schools make her well equipped for questions around parenting and school-related issues. Jarrett Young (he/him) is a student in the Master of Counselling program City University and is completing his therapy placement under the supervision of Dr. Jean Dennis, Clinical Psychologist. Jarrett brings life experience from a different field outside of therapy, within the construction industry and skilled trades. Now, as a student practitioner, Jarrett brings this perspective into his work by meeting clients where they are with openness, curiosity, kindness, and care. Jarrett believes therapy is a collaborative process built on trust and respect.
